The last day to register for the conference is Wednesday, February 3, 2027! For security reason, all delegates must register in advance.

NEW this year, we are hosting Camp Unpacked: Masterclasses in Leadership. This pre-conference experience will be on Sunday, February 21 at the Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre. Registration for this event is not included within the OCA Connects 2027 Conference registration. Registration coming soon!

How to Register for the OCA Connects 2027 Conference

Please watch our OCA re:Members Registration Instruction Video to understand all the steps on how to complete your OCA Connects 2027 Conference Registration.

If you are an administrator for your organization and are registering on behalf of others, please include the delegates' information during registration. This ensures we have their correct information for the name badge, and they receive future communications about the OCA Connects 2027 Conference.

Please note that all attendees will be asked to present government-issued photo identification that matches their registration information at the conference. If you need to amend any attendee information, please reach out to the OCA Team at events@ontariocamps.ca before Friday, February 5, 2027.

Ticket Information

If you require offline payment methods (Cheque or E-Transfer), please complete your registration as normal and select the “BILL ME” at checkout. For instructions on how to pay an invoice through OCA re:Members, please click here.

Cheque Payment Instructions:

Make cheques payable to Ontario Camps Association. Please include your Order or Invoice Number (#) as a note/memo in your payment.

Offline payments are due 7 business days after receipt.

OCA Banquet (February 22, 2027)

Enjoy a night celebrating our camp community, filled with music, food, laughs, and good times! We'll also be celebrating some of our 2026 Award Recipients! Admission to the OCA Banquet is included in all Full Passes or can be purchased separately (limited quantity available).

During the registration process, you must opt in or out of attending the OCA Banquet. If you need to make any changes to your selection, please reach out to the OCA Team at events@ontariocamps.ca before Friday, February 5, 2026.

About Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre

Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre is located in the heart of Markham’s high-tech hub. The hotel has a dedicated conference centre designed to hold meetings and events. The hotel has amenities including an indoor pool, fitness center and space.

It can be reached by local transit, ride-share and taxi services. Close to HWY 404 and HWY 407. It’s worth the commute for the professional development provided at the OCA Connects 2027 Conference!

Parking is included in all ticket types. More information about parking passes will be shared with all delegates before the conference.

Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre is a smoke-free facility. Please smoke only in designated outdoor smoking areas. 

Please note there will be security on premise during the conference.

Accommodations

All on-site accommodations can be booked directly through the hotel. To book your stay at Hilton Markham Suites Conference Centre, click here. The final day to book using our group is February 3, 2027.  

Dining Options

Lunch is included for all delegates. Breakfast is included on Tuesday (Member and Non-Member) Day Pass and Full (Member, Student/HLM, Non-Member and Non-Member Student) Passes. All delegates will have access to coffee and tea throughout the conference.

Full Passes (Member, Student/HLM, Non-Member and Non-Member Student) include access to the OCA Banquet dinner with their ticket. OCA Banquet tickets can also be purchased separately.

Refunds

All refund requests must be sent in writing to the OCA Office to be reviewed. Refund requests submitted before Wednesday, February 3, 2027, will incur a 20% administration fee.
